When do online orders get processed?

 

Orders are collectively processed after 4:00pm Monday through Friday.  All orders must be placed before 4:00pm in order to be guaranteed processing for that same day.  Any orders placed after 4:00pm may be processed the following day.

 

How soon will product be received after the order is placed?

 

Most products are shipped out within 1-2 business days of placing an order.  Superior Medical Supply, Inc. uses primarily UPS and occasionally FedEx to deliver product.  Please see the "Links" page for links to each website. To see the UPS ground delivery times enter zip code 80021.  Special requested items and back-order items may have a delay in delivery.  It is our policy to maintain an open dialog with our customers concerning delayed product and their respective delivery times.

Recognized as a national distributor, Superior Medical Supply, Inc. sells products across the nation to hospital pharmacies, surgery centers, private physicians, home infusion companies, compounding pharmacies and more.

 

What is Superior Medical Supply, Inc.'s cancellation and return policy?

 
Superior Medical Supply, Inc. will accept cancellations or returns only if a Return Authorization has been received.  In most cases, cancellations and returns will be accepted for damaged product or special circumstances ONLY.  Due to the sensitive nature of the Hard-to-Find market we are unable to take cancellations or returns on ANY product purchased from the secondary market due to the ever changing market price as well as our inability to return such product.  We regard purchase order numbers from our customers as legally binding contractual agreements to accept and pay for product.
